Due to the unique nature of original artwork and limited-edition prints, ForsterArts does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged artwork

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim.
